The Loyalty Rewards Program is a way to order doTERRA product and receive free product for your commitment to ordering on a monthly basis. The Loyalty Rewards Program was formerly known as Autoship Rewards.
Effective June 1, 2011 Independent Product Consultants will be able to see their available LRP points online in their virtual office. LRP orders will be processed the 1st through the 28th of each month instead of the six days that were previously available (1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th of each month).
To qualify for the reward points you need to order at least 50 PV through LRP each month. You get 10% pack in months 1-3, 15% back in months 4-6, 20% back in months 7-9, 25% back in months 10-12, and 30% back in months 13+. The reward points show up the following month on the 15th. There is a $3 processing fee for every 100 points that you use.
When the rewards program was Autoship the rules were a little different. If you missed an autoship order of 50 PV even once you’d lose your rewards percentage and be put back at the very beginning at 10%. Now with the Loyalty Rewards Program the rules are set up differently. There are hardship rules. Now if you miss a 50 PV LRP order, as long as you have a minimum of 1 PV you will not lose your standing. However, during hardship no point accrual can take place, nor can you move on to higher percentage of reward. You will not lose any rewards points though and you will maintain your current reward percentage.
There is also a Product of the Month Club when you are on LRP. For an LRP order of 125 PV or more that is processed by the 15th of the month you will receive a free gift (with an approximate value of $10-12). You can only receive one gift per month.
